1. About SkinSavvi

SkinSavvi provides AI-generated skincare routines, brand-neutral product recommendations, optional AI face scan analysis, and lifestyle/wellness guidance. SkinSavvi is not a medical service.

2. Eligibility

To use SkinSavvi, you must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Not Medical Advice

SkinSavvi does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Recommendations are informational only. Consult a dermatologist for medical concerns.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform appropriately, not misuse or disrupt the system, and not upload harmful or unlawful content.

5. Face Scan Terms

By using the face scan feature, you agree your image may be analyzed using AI. You may choose whether or not your image is stored. Processed facial data may be stored to improve personal recommendations. Stored images can be deleted at any time and are never shared, sold, or used to train models.

6. Brand Neutrality

SkinSavvi does not accept payments from skincare brands to influence recommendations. No brand can pay to appear in your routine.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

If paid services are added, payments will be handled securely, subscriptions may auto-renew, cancellation will be available anytime, and refund policies will be clearly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, code, designs, AI outputs, and branding belong to SkinSavvi. You may not copy, replicate, or distribute content without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SkinSavvi is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee perfect accuracy, uninterrupted availability, guaranteed results, or compatibility with all skin types.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SkinSavvi is not responsible for adverse reactions, incorrect information supplied by users, damage caused by third-party products, loss of data, service interruptions, or decisions made using our recommendations.

11. Third-Party Links

We may link to external product retailers or brand websites. We do not control or guarantee any external site’s accuracy, pricing, availability, or policies.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by US law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of SkinSavvi means acceptance of updated Terms.
